I’ve produced several films, assistant directed commercials, been a copywriter for ads and political campaigns, managed small groups and teams of 50 and am a card-carrying member of SAG. I’ve pitched and created decks for more projects than I can count. My references will tell you I am a hardworker, but not hard to work with. I’m not sure if that’s my Midwest values or an inner motor that strives to do right by people no matter what.
After graduating with degrees in Theatre/Film and English from the University of Kansas, I moved to Los Angeles. As a founding member of Buran Theatre Company and an associate artist with Rogue Artists Ensemble I've enjoyed acting on various stages across the United States. I've also appeared in several independent films and on multiple networks (TBS, HBO, TruTv, MTV, Fusion, AMC) - including a recurring gig performing in sketches on late night's CONAN. When I'm not acting - I work as a producer, script supervisor, assistant director and writer. Most notably, I ghost wrote the HarperCollins book, Revolution for Dummies: Laughing Through the Arab Spring [by Bassem Youssef - “The Egyptian Jon Stewart”] and produce documentaries with Morgan Cooper Productions. Now living in Colorado, I work on commercial and film crews in addition to being a contract worker for Crush Studio.
