Mountain South is a 35 acre Ranch with 30 flat acres and 5 acres in the hillsides. Accessible directly off i70 in Eagle colorado. This is a horse boarding ranch with 5-10 horses usually on property. There is also a historic homesteaders cabin available for filming use. Additionally home interior is available. House is attached to barn which has a bunk room and a 30x20 foot open space. Across from several hundred acres of BLM land as well. The ranch sits directly in the town of Eagle Colorado making it easily accessible. Everything on site is available for film productions. House, barn, outbuildings, pastures.
Usage Restriction
Only limitation could be the tunnel below I70 needed to Access Wapiti Road. However, previous productions have and construction crews have used the fairground parking lot below the ranch to stage from 18 wheelers and off load to box trucks if needed.
