GENERAL RULES~ • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building. • Rental time begins upon entry and ends upon exit. **Your booking must include all setup + breakdown time. Please extend your reservation if additional time is needed. • Please respect the space, the artwork, and the decor. 💚 FLOORS + MOVEMENT • No dancing productions on the hardwood floors. ALL equipment nt must be padded and lifted — absolutely no dragging gear across the floors. • no furniture, plants, knickknacks, belongings of Fort Greene are allowed to be moved. WALLS + ARTWORK • NO taping, hammering, adhesives, or mounting anything to: • The walls • The wallpaper • The backroom mural • Nothing may be leaned or propped against any wall, mural, or wallpaper. DECOR + FURNITURE • Do not move or relocate furniture including: • Tables • Couches • The organ or piano • Peacock / rattan chairs • Plants • No moving, removing, or adjusting any Fort Greene décor, knick-knacks, artwork, or personal items. • Ceiling poppies, clouds, and the disco ball must remain exactly as they are — no removal or adjustment. PROHIBITED ITEMS • No glitter, confetti, powders, feathers. • No fake blood • No fireworks or pyrotechnics • No weapons of any kind (guns, knives, props that resemble weapons) • No alcohol or glassware behind the bar may be used. EQUIPMENT + PROPS • All props, gear, band equipment, and production items must be padded and lifted at all times. • Absolutely no dragging equipment on floors or furniture. • Please ensure your team follows all guidelines throughout the shoot.
