The property is located 70 minutes west of the Colorado Springs Airport on off of hiway 24. There are magnifcent Mountain views in all directions, curios rock formations and cliffs of every description. A stream runs through the property but is sometimes low in dry times. but <6 miles from here is the South Platte river though..
The property is used for RMCAT.COM and we have a 40 X 60 ft insulated Quanset Hut (2400 sqft) that has been used as a sound stage and to shoot training videos.
