Productions may operate in the resort’s common areas, open-space zones, amenity corridors, roads, and trails, but they must maintain a clear buffer around any occupied homes and may not enter or photograph those properties—or use adjacent easements for crew, equipment, parking, or lighting—without the owner’s explicit consent.
